The Ethiopian Federal Advocates Association has announced the results of the Executive Committee and Presidential elections held at Eliana Hotel. The new leadership has been officially elected to guide the association.

ዛሬ በኤሊያና ሆቴል በተደረገው የስራ አስፈፃሚ ኮሚቴ እና የፕሬዚደንት ምርጫ ውጤት ታውቋል። የኢትዮጵያ ፌደራል ጠበቆች ማህበር ለአዳዲሶቹ ተመራጭ አመራሮች እንኳን ደስ አላችሁ መልካም የስራ ዘመን ይመኛል።

EFAA is conducting institutional dialogue with justice bodies, Addis Ababa City Administration, and other organizations. Members are invited to participate in a survey to help shape the agenda.

የኢትዮጵያ ፌዴራል ጠበቆች ማህበር ከፍትህ አካላት ፣ ከአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር እንዲሁም ከሌሎች ጠበቆች በስራቸው አጋጣሚ ከሚጎበኟቸው አካላት ጋር በመርህ ላይ የተመሰረተ ተቋማዊ ውይይት ለማካሄድ በሂደት ላይ ነው።

The Ethiopian Federal Advocates Health and Sports Association invites all members to support the team at their match at 6 Kilo FBE Campus field.

የኢትዮጵያ የፌዴራል ጠበቆች የጤናና ስፖርት ማህበር ከኢትዮጵያ የፌዴራል ጠበቆች ማህበር ጋር ከአንድ ዓመት በላይ በመተባበር እየሰራ ቆይቷል።

EFAA calls for members to register for the 9 standing committees established under the Internal Regulations. Registration is open for members willing to actively participate.

የኢትዮጵያ የፌዴራል ጠበቆች ማህበር በመተዳደሪያ ደንቡ መሰረት እንዲቋቋሙ በተወሰኑት 9 ኮሚቴዎች ላይ ለመሳተፍ ፍቃደኛ የሆኑ አባላት እንዲመዘገቡ ጥሪ ማድረጋችን ይታወቃል።

Nine standing committees with 3-year terms have been established. Members are invited to join committees based on their interest, professional skills, and time availability.

የኢትዮጵያ ፌዴራል ጠበቆች ማህበር ጠቅላላ ጉባኤ መስከረም 27 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም ባጸደቀው መተዳደሪያ ደንብ መሠረት ፣ የቆይታ ጊዜያቸው ሶስት (3) ዓመት የሆኑ ዘጠኝ (9) ቋሚ ኮሚቴዎች እንዲቋቋሙ መወሰኑ ይታወቃል።

EFAA is preparing guidelines for tax deductible expenses for advocates and legal consultants. Members are invited to participate in a survey to contribute to this important study.

የኢትዮጵያ የፌዴራል ጠበቆች ማህበር ከዚህ ቀደም ለእናንተ ባቀረበው ዝማኔ ኩነት ላይ እንደገለጸው እንደጠበቆች እና ህግ አማካሪዎች የሙያ አገልግሎት በመስጠት ስራ ላይ ለተሰማሩ ግብር ከፋዮች የሚሆን የተቀናሽ ወጪዎች አያያዝ መመሪያ ለማዘጋጀት የሚያገለግል የጥናት ሰነድ ለማቅረብ ኀላፊነት መውሰዱ ይታወቃል።
